2. Subscription Services

If you are not satisfied with our subscription service, you may request a refund within **14 days** of your initial purchase, provided that you have not significantly used the service. "Significant use" is defined as generating more than a nominal amount of images (e.g., more than 5 images) or utilizing a substantial portion of your monthly credits.


3. One-time Credit Packs

Refunds for one-time credit packs are available within **14 days** of purchase if the credits have **not been used**. Once credits from a pack have been used to generate images, the pack is considered consumed and is non-refundable.


4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account settings or by contacting our support team.

  • **Effect of Cancellation:** Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
  • **No Partial Refunds:** We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods unless the request meets the criteria in Section 2.

  • 5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

    Refunds will generally not be granted in the following situations:

  • The request is made more than 14 days after purchase.
  • You have significantly used the service or credits.
  • You simply changed your mind after using the service.
  • The generated images meet our quality standards but do not meet your subjective personal preference.
  • Account termination due to violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., generating illegal or prohibited content).
